Where is my order?

You should have received a confirmation email with order details. On average It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and  2–5 business days for non-apparel products, shipping time after products have been created is usually 4 business days depending on the order’s destination. If 10 business days have passed and you still haven’t received your purchase contact with your order details.

My order shows it is being returned to sender, what now?

There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by a customer. Once the order arrives back to our facility, the customer has five days to contact us at with an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by a customer, or had an incorrect address originally provided.

Do you ship International?

Yes we do offer International Shipping. If you pay with a foreign credit card, our billing department may contact you asking for additional information such a utility bill or a form of identification to verify the billing address on the order. This information is used solely for verification purposes and for your security. In order to avoid this delay, we recommend our international customers use PayPal.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax will be added to orders being sent to California, Connecticut, Colorado, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Maryland, Oklahoma, Ohio, Virginia, Nevada, Texas, Arizona, North Carolina, Washington, Wisconsin, Utah, Iowa, Idaho and Illinois.

Do all items in orders always ship together?

There are some products that we’ll ship separately due to packaging differences.

These products are: mugs, framed posters, posters, canvas, stickers,bean bags, backpacks, pillows with stuffing, snapback hats.

Why has my order been cancelled?

1. You may have made a duplicate order. When this happens we cancel one of the orders to make sure that you were not charged twice.

2. You may have failed to respond, in a timely fashion, to an important email. Often these emails relate to verifying your information, or completing payment.

Why won’t my dicount code work?
